1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the uh777 website accessible at uh777.app and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the uh777 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player on the uh777 Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited by a Player into their uh777 wallet for wagering purposes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the uh777 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under Philippine law between you and uh777. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2.3 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the uh777 Platform and close your Account.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3.1 To register for and use the uh777 Platform, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a natural person (individuals only — no corporations or other legal entities);
• Be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• Not be currently self-excluded from uh777 or registered on PAGCOR's national self-exclusion database;
• Not be employed by uh777, its affiliates, or any of its licensed game providers; and
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3.2 uh777 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.3 If uh777 determines that a Player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or during any period of play, uh777 shall close the Account, void all bets placed, return any remaining real-money deposits, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required by law.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the uh777 Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your name.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username, password, and OTP codes). uh777 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.4 You must notify uh777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account by contacting our support team through the Platform.

4.5 uh777 reserves the right to require KYC documentation — including government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID) and proof of address — at any time, and particularly before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the uh777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). uh777 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than PHP.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. uh777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change; refer to the deposit/withdrawal page for current options.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are specified in the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method and Account tier.

5.4 Processing Times. Deposit funds are credited to your uh777 wallet typically within 2–5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers, following successful KYC verification.

5.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your uh777 Account are legally obtained and not derived from any criminal activity. uh777 complies with the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or e-wallet provider while funds are in use on the uh777 Platform constitutes a breach of these Terms. uh777 reserves the right to suspend your Account, recover amounts subject to chargeback, and pursue legal remedies.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 uh777 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal is processed.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. uh777 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any Bonus Funds if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to deplete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or any other behavior deemed abusive at uh777's sole discretion.

6.4 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value without completing wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Each game offered on the uh777 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing bets.

7.2 All random number generation (RNG) games on uh777 use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages.

7.3 Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers on regulated studio floors. uh777 shall not be liable for technical disruptions that prevent the completion of a live casino round; in such cases, the round may be declared void and stakes returned.

7.4 In the event of any technical error, software malfunction, or miscommunication that results in an erroneous display of game results or payouts, uh777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original stake to the Player's Account.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uh777 Platform and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with uh777 staff;
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from illegal activities;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Allowing another person to use your Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC; and
• Any conduct that uh777 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute fraud or cheating.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the uh777 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of uh777 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from uh777.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uh777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.2 uh777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

10.3 uh777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. uh777 shall not be liable for losses sustained during such unavailability.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 uh777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. uh777 encourages all Players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to wager only amounts they can afford to lose.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via the Mine dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per time period. Play is automatically paused when the limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts after a defined session duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Promotional communications are paused during the cool-off period.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 uh777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice if it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, uh777 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and funds derived from bonus abuse. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after KYC verification.

12.3 Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting uh777 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the uh777 Platform, shall first be subject to an informal resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to uh777 support and allow up to 30 days for resolution before pursuing formal remedies.

13.3 Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority, or submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction. uh777 cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of player complaints.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 uh777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform or registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

14.2 The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14.3 Continued use of the uh777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
