1. Scope and Application

8.2 Financial transaction records and KYC documentation are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required under the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the AMLA.
8.3 Marketing preferences and opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure compliance with your communication preferences even after Account closure.
8.4 When personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, uh777 will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with its data destruction procedures.
9. Data Security
9.1 uh777 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

12.3 uh777 may require identity verification before processing data rights requests to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized persons.
12.4 If you are not satisfied with uh777's response to a data rights request, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The NPC can be reached through its official channels as published on the NPC's website.
13. Cross-Border Data Transfers
13.1 In providing the uh777 Platform, certain personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed by third-party service providers whose infrastructure is located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting providers or KYC verification partners operating in other jurisdictions.
