8.1 uh777 retains your personal data for as long as your Account remains active and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations.

8.2 Financial transaction records and KYC documentation are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required under the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the AMLA.

8.3 Marketing preferences and opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure compliance with your communication preferences even after Account closure.

8.4 When personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, uh777 will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with its data destruction procedures.

9. Data Security

9.1 uh777 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

12.2 To exercise any of your data rights, submit a written request to uh777's Data Protection Officer (contact details in Section 15). uh777 will respond to verified requests within fifteen (15) working days, or within such extended period as permitted under the NPC's rules.

12.3 uh777 may require identity verification before processing data rights requests to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized persons.

12.4 If you are not satisfied with uh777's response to a data rights request, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The NPC can be reached through its official channels as published on the NPC's website.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers

13.1 In providing the uh777 Platform, certain personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed by third-party service providers whose infrastructure is located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting providers or KYC verification partners operating in other jurisdictions.

13.2 Where such cross-border transfers occur, uh777 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual clauses requiring equivalent data protection standards — in compliance with the NPC's rules on cross-border data flows under RA 10173.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

14.2 Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform or their registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

14.3 Continued use of the uh777 Platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the revised policy, you must close your Account.
